Headsets

These days, different softphone systems have their own individual method of communicating with, for example, incoming calls, mute, hook off, etc. However, because our headsets use a particular protocol for interpreting these signals, a filter/translator is required between the softphone and the headset. The solution is our own produced software HeadSetup!
