Mobile Business
Sennheiser Communications improves sound quality and comfort for mobile business telephony with four exclusive headset models. For the first time, the models MB 10, MB 20, MB 30 and MB 40 offer the excellent quality of the Sennheiser office headsets for mobile use as well.
Those who are frequently on the move on business and have to rely on dependable telephone solutions can now make calls of the highest speech and sound standards even away from the office. With earhook, neckband or headband, these comfortable professional models offer an appropriate solution for every taste.
The boom in the mobile phone business continues unbroken. Many new models offer more specialised office functions for everyday business purposes. Despite the multifunctional mobile phone, personal business calls often suffer from poor sound quality. The four new cable-link professional headsets from Sennheiser Communications now permit top-level business calls by mobile phone. The technology of the new MB series is keyed to the specific requirements of the mobile phones, and thanks to the individually adapted cables the same premium performance as in the office is guaranteed.
Communication without misunderstandings is what matters in business calls. And this is true when on the move too. That is why the technical properties of the new mobile phone headsets are designed specifically for excellent voice transmission. The built-in noise cancelling microphone completely filters out all unwanted noise in the immediate vicinity. The ActiveGardTM technology developed by Sennheiser is also put to good use. This Sennheiser technology, unique worldwide, protects the hearing from sudden extremes of volume and excessive noise interference.
ActiveGardTM ensures timely damping of sudden peaks of volume and reduces "creeping" increases in volume. But it is not only the technical specifications that determine the quality of the cablelink headsets: unlike the everyday office situation, long and frequent mobile phone calls can be uncomfortable. By contrast, the new models, optionally with earhook (MB 10), neckband (MB 20), headband (MB 30) or earhook and headband for the MB 40, place no limits on even lengthy calls. When calls are long, these cable-link headsets also have the advantage over wireless solutions that they are not bound by battery life considerations.
In all the mobile headsets, the professional standard goes right down to points of detail. To prevent any possible loss of quality due to use of adapters, there are special cable plugs for Nokia, Siemens and Sony Ericsson ? and in this case for the current and future ports. For Motorola, Samsung and other manufacturers there is a three-pole 2.5-millimetre jack. The ability to accept and end calls by means of an end/answer-call-button also make for fast and flexible use in day-to-day business situations.
From October onwards all models will be available from telecommunications and office specialists.
