How do I pair and use the FLX 70 headset with a PC or a Mac?
Most standard PC/Mac operating systems support the basic hardware drivers for headset connections. However, you need to make sure that the required Bluetooth profiles are correctly installed (headset or handsfree) on your computer.
You can do this by installing the supplied software for your Bluetooth dongle or by downloading the latest software from your computer manufacturer's support website.
Please follow the steps below...
PC Step 1
When installing supplied or downloaded software, the following
screen shots will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen.
PC Step 2
- Put the FLX 70 into pairing mode by holding down the hook/answer button when OFF until the LED flashes red/blue.
- Now select ‘Show audio devices’ and the FLX 70 headset should appear.
Select the FLX 70 and click on next.
PC Step 3
When asked, enter the security code (0000) for verification of pairing.
Then click on Pair Now.
PC Step 4
When paired, you can now connect the FLX 70 headset to your computer, using your new Bluetooth workspace.
PC Step 5
Finally, when paired up and connected, make sure all default sounds are moved to Bluetooth-audio. This is done in the "audio properties" of Windows.
